This policy covers the Legal Costs of individual Company Directors and Officers should they be sued in their personal capacity by various parties including Shareholders, Government Bodies, Regulators, Liquidators/Receivers, Creditors or other Third Parties.
Whilst Limited Liability may protect Shareholders the fact is that individual Directors or Officers have unlimited liability to the extent that a charge could be registered on their home, salary etc.
